We are widely recognized for our stock of first and second flush Black and Oolong teas. Our Black tea is treated in a four-step process that includes oxidation. The Oolong tea, manufactured in a two-step process, is semi-oxidized, and is considerably lower in acid than any other tea.

More Green Tea is consumed worldwide than Black. Long touted for its health benefits, Green tea retains much Vitamin C, antioxidants, chlorophyll and minerals; and presents a subtle color and flavor.
Our herbal selections, properly called “herbal infusions” are prepared using the simple ancient Chinese method of infusing the herbs in just-boiled water for several minutes. No Camellia Sinensis (tea) leaves are used. All of our herbal infusions, with the exception of Carnival Mate’, are caffeine free, making them the best alternative to regular tea or coffee.
Our Fruit Melange Infusions are made of large pieces of dried fruit with fruit flavors added, giving the infusion a bold fruity flavor. So fresh, these Fruit Melanges' beautiful color, fragrance and great flavor increase their appeal, with no caffeine! Great hot or iced.
We send these teas from their point of origin to Europe for decaffeination. They are 97% caffeine free and although the caffeine is removed, the depth of flavor remains intact
